Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the data, the pricing, and the process.

What exactly do you sell?
Insurance lead data — records of consumers who requested insurance quotes or information, delivered as CSV files. Nine verticals (ACA, U65, T65, Medicare, O65, final expense, life, auto, home), filterable by state, ZIP, age, and freshness tier. We also supply fresh opt-in leads on request, though database records are the focus of this site.
How do I get pricing?
Message us the vertical, the filters (states, ZIPs, age range, freshness), and the volume you need — that’s it. Use the request builder or email us directly, and we reply with exact counts and pricing, usually within the hour during business hours.
How cheap does the data get?
At volume, aged data can go as low as under a penny per record. Per-record pricing depends on vertical, freshness tier, and quantity — the more you take, the lower the rate.
What fields come with each record?
Full name, phone, email, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, and original submission date. Some verticals carry additional fields like household size or income bracket where captured.
What are the freshness tiers?
Real-time (generated within 7 days), fresh (under 30 days), aged (90+ days), and full submissions (complete application-level records). Price scales with freshness.
Are the counts on this site real?
Yes — every count you see is pulled live from our inventory database, not a marketing number. Counts move as inventory is added and sold.
Do you sell opt-in leads too?
Yes — fresh opt-in leads are available on request. They’re not the main focus of this site, but mention them in your request and we’ll include them in your quote.
Is the data exclusive?
Standard orders are non-exclusive inventory sales. If you need exclusivity or capped resale on a dataset, say so in your request — we can structure it.
Do you replace bad records?
Yes. Disconnected numbers and invalid contact records are replaced — tell us what bounced and we make it right.
Do you do recurring orders?
Yes, and recurring weekly/monthly buyers get our best per-record pricing. Mention your expected cadence in the request form.
Who is behind TheInsuranceData?
