These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TheInsuranceData.com (the "Site") and your purchase of data products from Versatile Reserve LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing data, you agree to these Terms.
We sell consumer inquiry data records ("Data") delivered in file format. Counts, availability, and pricing are provided upon request and confirmed at the time of sale. All sales are of non-exclusive Data unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Data is licensed to you for your own insurance marketing, sales, and related business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share Data with third parties without our written consent.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Data, including compliance with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and Do-Not-Call scrubbing. The manner of contact is yours and yours alone.
We replace records with disconnected phone numbers or invalid contact data. Except for that replacement remedy, Data is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee contact rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
Pricing is quoted per order. Payment terms are stated on the invoice or quote. Data is delivered upon confirmed payment unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
